　　--This equipment consists of two parts, namely a liquid spraying device and a specialized drying machine for instant noodles. It is installed behind the frying pan and in front of the cold air fan in the existing instant noodle production line. The following are respectively introduced:
1) There are 6 drying units in this dedicated noodle dryer, each unit is 2m long, and the drying section is 12m long. Heat source steam radiator.
2) The dedicated drying machine for instant noodles adopts a through flow drying form, where hot air passes through the material layer and can fully contact the material. At the same time, the hot air is recycled to save energy.
3) The instant noodle dryer is a closed cycle dryer with a 50mm insulation layer. Only the feeding and discharging ends are open, while the rest are closed. Hot air circulates inside the equipment, resulting in low heat loss.
4) Considering that instant noodles may have some residue, a residue collection tray is designed with a drawer style for easy cleaning.
